OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES RESIDING IN THE 50 UNITED STATES OR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, 18 YEARS AND OLDER AS OF DATE OF ENTRY. PROMOTION IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED OR ADMINISTERED BY, OR ASSOCIATED WITH FACEBOOK.


1. HOW TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. The INDi Monthly $200 Online Gift Certificate Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") begins at 12:00:00 AM PST on the first of the month and ends at 11:59:59 PM PST on the last calendar day of the month with monthly drawings.

To Enter: (i) Go to http://www.facebook.com/INDi (ii) click the “Like” button to “Like” the INDi Fan Page (iii) click on the "Win Custom Jeans" tab or link and fill in all necessary fields to complete the email sign-up form. Only entries submitted via this website are eligible. Limited to one entry per person and one entry per email address. Contest open only to persons not already receiving marketing emails from INDi. Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules & Regulations (“Official Rules”).

2. SPONSOR: The "Sponsor" of this Sweepstakes Archetype Solutions, Inc. and its officers, directors, agents, and employees.

3. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States or District of Columbia, 18 years and older as of date of entry. Employees, officers and directors (including members of each of all of the preceding individuals' households or immediate families, i.e. parent, child, sibling or spouse and their household members) of the Sponsor are not eligible to enter or win.

4. RANDOM DRAWING & SELECTION OF WINNER: Potential Prize Winner ("Potential Winner") will be selected in a random drawing to be conducted on or about the 5th of the month by the Sponsor from among the total number of eligible entries received. The Potential Winner will be notified by email and must reply within seventy-two (72) hours of receiving the notification. If the Potential Winner fails to reply to the notification within seventy-two (72) hours, an alternate Potential Winner will be selected. Sponsor's decisions shall be final in all matters pertaining to this Sweepstakes promotion. The odds of winning depend on the total number of all eligible entries received.

In the event of a dispute as to the identity of the winner based on an email address, the winning entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.

5. PRIZE: One (1) Prize Winner will receive a Two Hundred Dollar ($200) INDi's Gift Certificate to be used in compliance with its terms and conditions and as allowed by applicable law. Prize is neither transferable nor redeemable for cash nor is it substitutable, except by Sponsor, at its sole discretion, for a prize of equal or greater value. All taxes and any other costs and expenses associated with a prize and not specifically included herein are solely the winner's responsibility.

6. DISQUALIFICATION FROM SWEEPSTAKES: Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes, as solely determined by the Sponsor, will be disqualified and Sponsor reserves the right to terminate entrant's eligibility to participate in this or any future promotion, including, for example, any person who attempts to enter with multiple e-mail addresses or under multiple identities. Any use of robotic, macro, programmed or like entry methods will void all such entries and disqualify any entrants using such methods.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

7. USE OF COLLECTED INFORMATION: Any personally identifiable information collected during your participation in this Sweepstakes will be by collected by Sponsor (no information will be collected by Facebook), and such information will be used for the administration of this Sweepstakes, marketing or other purposes as stated in these Rules and otherwise treated in a manner consistent with the Privacy Policy posted on the www.indicustom.com website.

BY PARTICIPATING, ENTRANTS AGREE TO ALLOW INDi TO PERIODICALLY SEND NOTIFICATION OF SPECIAL OFFERS AND PROMOTIONS VIA E-MAIL. IF AT ANY TIME YOU DECIDE THAT YOU DO NOT WISH TO BE CONTACTED FURTHER ABOUT SPECIAL OFFERS AND PROMOTIONS VIA E-MAIL, FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS IN THE E-MAIL TO UNSUBSCRIBE, OR UNSUBSCRIBE THROUGH OUR WEBSITE (SEE OUR PRIVACY POLICY FOR MORE DETAILS).

8. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY/INTERNET: The Sponsor, Facebook, & Others are not responsible for late, lost, unintelligible, incomplete, stolen or misdirected entries and mail. Sponsor, Facebook, & Others are not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connections, miscommunications, failed telephone or computer or telephone transmissions or technical failure, jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions, or other error of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic or for any damage to any person's computer related to participating in the Sweepstakes.

If, in the judgment of Sponsor, any portion of this Sweepstakes is compromised by virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, corrupts, or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the promotion, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend or terminate this Sweepstakes and select Prize winner from among the eligible entries received prior to the suspension or termination of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor & Others are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information whether caused by website users, tampering, hacking or by any equipment or programming.

9. GENERAL: By entering this Sweepstakes promotion, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules, which shall be final and binding as regards all matters pertaining to this promotion. Acceptance of Prize constitutes Winner's consent to the use of his/her name, photograph and/or likeness for advertising and publicity purposes worldwide, as determined by Sponsor, in any medium whatsoever, without further compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law.

By entering the Sweepstakes, participants further agree to release, discharge and hold harmless the Sponsor, Facebook, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, sponsors and licensees from any and all damages whether direct or indirect, including, without limitation, liability in connection with any injuries, damages or losses of any kind, whether to person or property, including death, rising out of the acceptance, enjoyment, use and/or misuse of any Prize and/or participation in this promotion. All entries become property of Sponsor.

Any and all disputes will be resolved, individually and without recourse to class action, in the appropriate courts in San Francisco, CA exclusively, and subject to the laws of the State of California Void in Puerto Rico, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, and local laws apply.
